WELCOME
Welcome to the premier edition of THE WAY IT IS, the online magazine designed, written, shot, filmed, taped and produced by students at the CRONKITE SCHOOL
of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.

THE WAY IT IS
The magazine takes its name from Walter Cronkite's sign-off at the end of his evening telecasts for CBS between 1962 and 1981.

INSIDE THIS ISSUE
The history of THE STATE PRESS, ASUs daily student newspaper, stretches back to 1890. See what it takes to put the paper together in A Day in the Life of THE STATE PRESS.
