Aiyana Havir is an aspiring public relations professional for the entertainment industry. She aims to combine her passion of music and appreciation of diverse culture with her desire to promote and engage individuals with their surroundings.

Aiyana studies journalism at Arizona State University's Barrett, The Honors College and Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She has worked as an arts and entertainment reporter for The State Press. Aiyana began as a promotions intern for Clear Channel, Inc. and was later hired as their newest remote tech. Aiyana is an entertainer, musician, and songwriter. She believes her own musical endeavors will help her to better understand those in her profession.

gabriela rodiles

Gabriela Rodiles is multimedia journalist who strives to inform and inspire people through the stories she tells. She is a sophomore at Arizona State University where she is studying broadcast journalism. Gabriela is also part of Barrett, the Honors College.

Gabriela has gained experience interning at television shows including Arizona Highways Television and Right This Minute. Gabriela's love of food inspired her to create her personal blog, Gourmet Gab. Gabriela writes about ingredients and showcases recipes, along with filming and editing her own video cooking segments. Gourmet Gab has given Gabriela the opportunity to connect with people across the world and form community around food.

mauro whiteman

Mauro Whiteman is a digital journalist with a focus on visuals, multimedia and long-form storytelling. Currently, Mauro is the digital media specialist for The Downtown Devil, as well as a night editor, reporter, photographer and videographer.

As a volunteer, he works with refugees from Eritrea, Somalia, Burundi and the Congo, teaching English and helping with acclimation to America. Mauro has a wide range of academic expertise through his coursework at Arizona State Univeristy, which covers international studies, religion and conflict, and human rights.
