Anne Stegen is a junior journalism major. She is interested in digital media, videography and web design. Anne is a Trekkie, an honorary ginger, an Apple enthusiast, a hyperlocal activist and history nerd. She is the Web Administrator of the School of Social Work at ASU, and a Community Assistant at the Taylor Place Residence Hall. She is the current president of the Arizona State University chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists.
Corie Stark is a junior public relations major at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications. Aside from public relations, she's interested in sports writing, marketing and physical fitness. She also enjoys baking and hopes to unite media and clients one cupcake at a time. If not, she'll just have to use her multitude of skills taught to her by the excellent faculty at Cronkite.
Daniel Escobedo is a senior at Arizona State University. He is currently studying Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. Daniel is also a Community Assistant for the residence hall on the Downtown Phoenix campus, secretary of SPJ, and on the PR committee for student government on the Downtown campus. During his free time, Daniel loves to listen to music, dance and hang out with friends. He also has a strong love for fashion and the arts.
Jane Lednovich is a sophomore studying broadcast and digital journalism at Arizona State University. She is a two-year member of the Society of Professional Journalists ASU Chapter and is currently serving as Treasurer. During her academic years at ASU, Jane has worked with several professional journalists, including Linda Marsa, contributing editor of Discover Magazine. Jane is also receiving her minor in Political Science and is attending ASU on the prestigious Provost Scholarship. In her free time, Jane likes baking cookies and watching medical dramas on TV.
Amanda Roberts is a junior digital journalism student at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. She recently became involved in SPJ thanks to her friends Anne and Corie. Interested in designing websites and other graphic things when she graduates, she'll bring along her huge collection of nail polish to add a colorful and creative perspective to every project she has.
Chelsey Heath is a journalist who focuses on the human element, whether she’s interviewing a homeless woman at St. Vincent de Paul or asking a musician about the meaning behind his lyrics. She is pursuing a bachelors at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She enjoys reading, painting, speaking French and exploring Phoenix with her camera in tow.
Jamie Warren is a freshman at ASU currently majoring in journalism at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking up Camelback Mountain, shopping and spending time with her family and adorable Pomeranian/Dachshund Teddy. In the future, she hopes to spend her time traveling, and pursue a career as a broadcast journalist.
